Since 2002, the YWCA Quebec has been offering its Leaders and Decision Makers Training to all women between the ages of 17 and 65 who wish to become involved in decision-making bodies. This 5-course course, led by experienced trainers, provides participants with relevant, concrete tools that will give them the confidence to get involved and make a difference in society.
