Why has Flexible Formula 2.0 become Flexible Formula 3.0?
Many of you have asked for this and we have heard you. Starting in the fall of 2022, you will be able to flex not only indoors and online but also in the water. More flexibility, more variety, an improved formula, your new flex formula 3.0.
How does the registration period work?
For each session, the registration period takes place in 2 parts, the pre-registration exclusive to members and registration to all. Please refer to the section How to register. The registration is done online or by phone 418 683-2155 ext. 114. If you register by phone, you will have to leave a message including your name, phone number and the course you wish to register for and a person will return your call during the day. It is not possible to register on site.
Can I register by phone?
It is possible to register by phone. Please note that you will have to leave a message in our registration voice mailbox, in which you mention your name, your phone number and the course you wish to register for. You will be called back the same day to complete your registration. Call 418-683-2155 and follow the instructions to leave your message.
How can I pay my bill?
Since registration is done online or by phone, you will have to pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you do not have a credit card, you can also pay by debit, cash or cheque. When you register by phone, the receptionist will give you an appointment when you can pay your bill. If you have a credit note on file, you will be able to apply it to your bill at the payment stage.
When can I get my parking sticker back?
If you have on-site classes, your parking sticker will be available at the beginning of each session. You can pick it up before or after your first on-site class.
What equipment is needed to take a course?
After registration, you will be informed of the equipment required for your course. For indoor courses, you can borrow equipment or use your own accessories. For all language courses , the information concerning the books to be purchased will be given to you by the teacher at the first class.
I don’t know if the course I’m interested in fits my physical abilities. What can I do?
All our physical activity classes are classified by intensity level. We therefore advise you to choose your class according to the intensity of physical activity that you know you can perform. Our instructors offer alternatives so that each person can adapt the movements to their physical condition.

If I miss a class, can I take it in another time slot?
It is only possible to retake courses from the Flexible Formula 3.0. When you miss a class, a pass is added to your record that night at midnight. You will not receive an email for this pass, but it is available in your Qidigo account to be applied to the course of your choice for the current session.
If you miss a Flexible Formula 3.0 classroom course, you may retake a course from the Flexible Formula 3.0 classroom, online or in-water course offerings for the current session. If you are enrolled in an online FlexFormula course, you may retake a course from the online Flexible Formula 3.0 course offering for the current session.
NEW: If you know in advance that you will not be able to attend your class, call us as soon as possible at 418 683-2155 so that we can free up your seat. Another person will then be able to take advantage of the vacated space and, in addition, you can immediately reserve a time slot for another course.
If you miss any other course that is not part of the Flexible Formula 3.0, course re-take is not possible.
Will I be able to take a shower after my workout?
Showers in the pool locker rooms are available from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Will there be a locker for my personal belongings?
A locker is available for our sports clients. Don’t forget your lock, we are not responsible for theft.
How will the link for the online courses be sent to me?
The day before your first class, you will receive your unique link for the entire session. If during the session you miss a class and apply for a pass to replace that missed class or if you purchase an a la carte session, a link will be sent to you the day before your class so that you can participate in that specific class. If you are booking a time slot within 24 hours of the class, we invite you to contact the front desk at [email protected] or 418 683-2155, ext. 0) from the YWCA to receive the link that will allow you to participate in the course you have registered for.
When outdoor classes are scheduled, what happens if it rains or the weather looks iffy?
At least 2 hours before the class, if the class cannot be held outside due to weather, you will receive an email with the necessary information to resume the class at the end of the session or for a refund. In the event that a room is available, the class can be held indoors.
