We welcome women* as they are, without judgment, and accompany them wherever they wish, always with the objective of residential stabilization. We promote the reclaiming of power over their lives through the coaching relationship, which means a collaborative relationship of equals. Practitioners work WITH the person, not ON the person.
The accompaniments are personalized according to the situation of each woman. Our interventions always have for objective to offer safety and wellbeing to all. Thus, the same situation will not necessarily have the same consequences depending on the context.
We believe in the potential of each person and work with their strengths and motivation. A woman is more likely to mobilize if she sets the goal herself and if she has time to achieve it.
